The tour begins at the time of pick up at your designated location and concludes at the time of drop off at your designated location. Be aware that unforeseen traffic due to weather, accidents or roadwork may affect the timing of pick up or drop off, or may cause delays during the tour. Be alert and mindful of your surroundings and of any potential hazards at all times. Be aware that you may be in vineyards and wineries with working equipment and vehicles. A Vineyard Wine Tour is not responsible for your health and safety while outside our vehicle. Our insurance requires that alcohol must not be consumed in our vehicle. As a courtesy to others, no smoking is permitted in the vehicle. All passengers participating in wine tasting must be 21. It is against the law for wineries to serve a minor so please be prepared to show identification. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your tour date and is fully refundable if you should cancel prior to 5 days of the tour. We will do our best to accommodate those with dietary restrictions however please understand that facilities in which our lunches and snacks are prepared also prepare foods made with tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, flour, dairy, shellfish and other allergens. We recommend that customers with severe allergies err on the side of caution and are welcome to bring their own food. A Vineyard Wine Tour will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items or personal items left behind at a winery or left in the van. A Vineyard Wine Tour is not responsible for you or anyone in your party once the tour has concluded and you’ve been dropped off. Please be mindful of your alcohol consumption and please do not drink and drive. If a tour is cancelled due to inclement weather your deposit will be refunded. Please remember to eat and stay hydrated throughout the tour. Last and most importantly we want you to have a memorable experience and a lot of fun. Enjoy the tour.
